How letters really do help
 Holiday or flight problems Computer problems Neighbourhood problems Problems with rogue traders  Small Claims procedure
Financial problems
 Garage or vehicle problems

Welcome

You've just arrived at an unusual site – the only one of its kind on the web;

  • I write letters for you to help you win a dispute before it lands up in Court.
  • I help you prepare for the Small Claims procedure in the County Court.
  Now let me be clear about this; I'm a retired barrister - no longer practising as a lawyer. So I'm not qualified to give legal advice, or to represent you in any way.  I'm not regulated by any professional body, and I carry no insurance to protect you if I get something wrong.  My aim is simple; to use my letter writing skills to resolve your problem, or help you prepare for possible legal action in the Small Claims Court.  There's no charge for a chat, but if you want me to draft a letter for you my minimum charge is £5.70p.

If you want proper legal advice, go to a solicitor.

If you just want general help with your problem, call me.

  If your case goes to Court, what you wrote or signed before you went to your solicitor carries more weight than any verbal evidence you give in Court.  So any letters you send (or receive) before legal proceedings commence are absolutely vital to the outcome.
