How letters really do help
Holiday or flight problems  Small Claims procedure
Home page
Neighbourhood problems Problems with rogue traders
Financial problems
 Garage or vehicle problems

Let me remind you; I'm a retired barrister - no longer practising as a lawyer. So I'm not qualified to give legal advice, or to represent you in any way.  I'm not regulated by any professional body, and I carry no insurance to protect you if I get something wrong.  But there is nothing more annoying than the way in which computer and software businesses treat their customers after they've purchased.  You spend hours on the telephone only to be told that the problem is the fault of someone or something else.

If it's a software program you bought, and it doesn't work, chances are that the software company will blame it on your computer.  The computer company of course will blame the problem on the software.
And here is a great tip::
One good letter is worth more than 50 telephone calls.

I've had a fair amount of experience with computer problems and software failure over the years.  So I understand the kind of problem you are probably having.

Don't throw the computer out of the window just yet!
